In order to set up camera permission with Glide: If you have Glide signed into and Auto Update on in Play Store, then when the app updates it renews the permission for the camera. The camera isn't actually accessed just the permission to use the camera.
If you want to ensure you have enabled camera permission for our Glide app on an Android device, you can:
- Open Settings on your phone device
- Tap Apps
- Select the Glide app
- Tap Permissions
- Tap Camera
- Tap Allow or Allow only while using the app
Then you should be able to create video messages with the app.
