The Favorites section noted an issue where the messages were not showing. We coordinated the fix through a software update.
Please follow these steps to ensure you are on the updated software and see where to access your Favorites (it is in the Settings screen and works like it did with Glide):
First, please check that the Lloyd app is on the latest software update. The team just launched it this 9/11/2024 so your iPhone may not yet be updated.
To check the software version:
- Open the Apple App Store on your iPhone > search for Lloyd Video AI
- If you see Update please select that to perform the update. If you see Open then you are on the latest and can move to the next step.
- You will find your Favorites under, "Settings" in the Lloyd app located in the same area as it was in Glide.
- Tap on Favorites and then you will see your saved messages there.
- Tap the "<" to get back to the main Favorite screen, then gently swipe down at the top of the favorites screen to return to the Settings screen.
- We did not make changes to the Setting screen itself other than the main background color.
- As always, we suggest limiting your use of Favorites as it will impact your iPhone/iPad storage.
If you have any continued issues with viewing your Favorite saved video or photo messages, please submit a bug report and share description of your issue and any helpful screenshots of any error messages or anything you see that is concerning to aid our team.
