In order to enable Camera Access with Lloyd:
- Please go to your iPhone's Settings > Scroll down and tap on the section, "Privacy & Security"
- Then scroll down to select "Camera" and where you see, "Lloyd" (with the blue and white logo icon) - toggle the camera access to "On", where you will see the toggle bar show the green color.
- If you see the Camera access is already set to On, please slide it Off, wait a few seconds and slide it back On again.
- Then, you may turn off your iPhone, wait a few seconds and turn it back on to reboot it.
Once you do this, you'll be able to send videos on Lloyd. If you continue to have issues with your camera, please let us know by submitted a bug report right after the issue occurs to aid our team's review.
