You will need to have a good connection when creating or sending the video or picture message. If the connection falters or is weak while trying to create a video message, it may have audio issues or take some time for you to be able to fully view the video or photo and after it is sent. The receiver of the. message may also have an issue with the recorded audio.
Please check to see if you have your phone device next to an air conditioner/air vent running and the phone was next to it. If so, please move your phone away from the vent.
When we get reports of audio issues, it happens more frequently when people record in their car while traveling as the Wifi signal may not be consistent or strong. The user should turn off their Wifi to use their cellular data connection in those cases.
