If you are using the free Lloyd AI app, if this message was created or shared with you over 14 days ago, it has already been deleted from our servers.
With the free app, you may keep your photos and video messages for up to 14 days. During that time if you wish to save your video or photo message we offer two ways to save memories.
To save a message, long-press on it and select "Save Video" or "Save Photo" (Android) or "Save to Gallery" (iPhone/iPad). These will then be saved to your phone's gallery and you can use any service you like to back them up.
You may also Favorite a photo or video to save it in the app however we suggest using this sparingly as it will take more of your phone's actual storage:
- For iOS (iPhone/iPad): Add your favorite messages to the Favorite (star) tab; just tap the star icon at the bottom of the photo or video message. To review, got to the star at the app bar at the bottom of your screen; this is your Favorites section. You can add any video or photo you send or receive to your Favorite chats.
- For Android: Locate the small Favorite star on the top of your video or photo. This allows you to save the message to your Favorites section to easily locate them at a later time. To review your favorited messages navigate to your profile then click on Favorites.
In order to have the app save your photos and videos beyond 14 days we offer subscriptions to provide you based on the device you are using (until Android users have the new Lloyd Video AI brand launch):
- If using iOS (iPhone/iPad): Here is what you get with a Lloyd Video Ai subscription (3 day free trial, then $5.99/month after):
- New Lloyd Video AI full search allows search and assistance using your video (camera), audio, or text; image search, speech translation, speech transcription and location mapping.
- Messaging feature enhancements (prior known as Premium for Glide):
- Ad-free use of the app, cloud storage to save all of your video/photo messages (from when you start the subscription), and the ability to send up to 15 minutes of audio and video messages.
- Your messages will start to be saved as of the date you sign up for Lloyd AI (and cannot restore older, deleted messages).
- If using Android (Google Pixel, Nokia, Samsung, Sony Xperia, etc.): Please sign up for Glide Premium in your Profile section (which also gives you access to new features) for a subscription fee. We offer 1 year subscription or a 3 month subscription. Please check the fees for both within your Profile section of your app. Both subscriptions provide you the first 90 days for free.
Your messages will start to be saved as of the date you sign up for either Glide or Lloyd Video AI subscription. With this service, unfortunately it cannot restore older, deleted messages.
