The team is aware that some iPhone users have noted a texting and/or copying & pasting into the text message issue after the most recent Lloyd version update.
We just launched a new Lloyd app software version that has the fix to the texting issue so you can use your text keyboard again.
The new Lloyd version software with the fix is 18.113
Please follow these steps to ensure you are on the updated software to use the Text Messaging and Copy and Pasting:
- First, please check that the Lloyd app is on the latest software update. To check the software version:
- Open the Apple App Store on your iPhone > search for Lloyd Video AI
- If you see Update please select that to perform the update. If you see Open then you are on the latest and can move to the next step.
- Please open the Lloyd app, and when you click on messaging to send a text message, just wait 1-2 seconds for the keyboard to open for use.
