Some Android users may have experienced an issue with their notifications and messages not loading or not loading in chronological order.
- Our team confirmed a server issue yesterday and have now resolved the issue (9/12/2024) around 8AM PST.
- Please refresh the app and see if that resolves the individual message order and notification issues.
If you still see a notification and/or message not loading in proper chronological order, please submit a new bug report and let us know if this is happening with individual messages and/or group chat messages when sharing information about the issue.
