We take our Glide users safety from inappropriate content, bullying or harassment seriously.
Please report the user so that we can investigate this matter further. Please also share any screenshots of inappropriate content or texts he or she is sharing with you.
Ways to report the Glide user:
- Please report this Glide user so that we can investigate this matter further: Enter the conversation with the Glide user (click open his profile), select the menu button (3 dots in the top right hand corner), select "Report user."
- If you do not see that as a Menu option then please try the below: Enter the conversation messaging channel with the user, tap on the profile photo, then select "Report <Glide user's name>." Please provide any needed detail so that we can properly investigate this user, then select "Done".
- OR you may provide his Glide user profile account showing his profile user name and photo here by email- we can also research him as long as we have his user profile name.
You can block a user by swiping left on their thread. Tap More, then select Block.
You can also tap on the user's Profile Photo and block them from there.
By doing so, you will no longer see any of the messages that user may send. Keep in mind, this will not delete any messages you have already sent this user. Similarly, if you send that user a message, they will be unblocked.
