Please double check with Apple Support based on your iPhone/iPad device and ensure your device is updated to the latest software version for both Lloyd and your device.
Per Apple Support, to turn off microphone access on an iPhone, you can:
- On your iPhone, please open Settings
- Scroll down to or search for Privacy & Security and select it
- Then scroll down and Tap on Microphone
- Then, scroll down to locate Lloyd, tap the slider next to it to revoke access (ti should not be showing the green color)
You can also disable microphone access for a specific app by going to Settings, tap on Apps, then select the Lloyd app, and toggling off Microphone.
