With Lloyd using the app for free- you may keep your photos and video messages for up to 14 days. During that time if you wish to save your video or photo message we offer two ways to save memories.
If you continue using the free Lloyd service:
- To save a message, long-press on it and select "Save Video" or "Save Photo" (Android) or "Save to Gallery" (iPhone/iPad). These will then be saved to your phone's gallery and you can use any service you like to back them up.
- While in the app you can also "Favorite" a photo or video message, which will save those under the Favorite (click on the Star icon) section. This may take up a lot of your phone's storage so we suggest using this sparingly.
You may also sign up for Lloyd Premium in your Profile section (which also gives you access to new features) for a fee. When you sign up for Lloyd Premium, all your messages with start to save the day you sign up and with messages received or sent on that day. Unfortunately, Premium cannot restore older, deleted messages. Please also save or Favorite any messages you received within the past 14 days of signing up so you do not lose those.
- For iOS (iPhone/iPad): Please check your Glide Profile to view the pricing for 3 months or 1 year.
- For Android: Please check your Glide Profile to view the pricing for 3 months or 1 year.
For iOS and Android: Both subscriptions provide you the first 90 days for free. So you may cancel within this time to avoid any subscription fees.
If these are videos that were created or shared with you within the last 14 days, please report one of the messages so we may research the issue:
- On Android devices, you can report a message by long pressing it and selecting Report Message.
- On Apple devices, you can report a message by long pressing it and tapping the exclamation mark (!).
Please include a description of the problem when reporting.
