For Android users: Please note we have always offered the free 90 day trial since we launched Glide Premium years ago, so when you first signed up you would have been able to have the 90 days free trial to use. You may enjoy the 90 free trial only once per account.
If you cancelled within 90 days- we still provided you the full 90 days to use Glide Premium for free. So there would be no additional free 90 day trial for your account to participate in if you subscribed again.
So when you renewed your Premium subscription (3 month or annual)- this is why you payment for the subscription was charged. If you prefer to cancel the account please do that prior to the subscription renewing. You will locate your subscriptions under your phone device's Settings.
This is pretty typical when any third party app offers a free trial to an account as it is only offered once per account. So, you need to create a new, different Glide account to enjoy the free trial again.
