Please check if you have a prior Glide Premium (Android users) or Lloyd Video AI (iPhone/iPad users) subscription by going to Settings and then to your app Profile tab.
For Android users:
In the first line on Android you will see written "Account Status Premium" and on iOS (iPhone or iPad) you will see a non-clickable gold star and the words "Premium Account".

To check for the Glide Premium subscription as active or not, on your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store then:
1. Tap Menu and then Subscriptions
2. Tap on Lloyd's subscription to cancel
Please note that if you have already paid for 3 months (90 days) of Premium the service will continue to run for 3 months even if you cancel right now. During this 3 month (90 days) period you will still have access to all of the Premium services such as longer recording time, ad-free use of Glide, and cloud storage for your messages.
If your account was cancelled (e.g., the credit card on the account for subscriptions needed updating) right now, then after the 3 month period has expired your subscription will not be renewed and your messages that are older than 14 days will be deleted (unless you save them prior to that time).
For iOS (iPhone/iPad) users:
Or please check for the Lloyd subscription if using iOS (iPhone, iPad):
- Go to Settings on your iPhone, or for the iPad and then iTunes & App Store.
- Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the Lloyd Video AI subscription
- If you see the Lloyd Video AI subscription is showing under ACTIVE, then continue to the next step.
- Then select, "Cancel Free Trial" or, "Cancel Subscription" before the next billing cycle.
When the Lloyd Subscription is canceled, after the service period has expired your subscription will not be renewed and your messages that are older than 14 days will be deleted (unless you save them prior to that time).
