How do I cancel my Lloyd Video AI subscription (for iPhone/iPad users)?

To cancel your subscription for Lloyd Video AI please do the following. 

1. Go to Settings on your iPhone or iPad. 
2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Tap the Lloyd Video AI subscription
5. Then tap on either, "Cancel Free Trial," or "Cancel Subscription," to avoid any future billing cycle fees.

If you cancel right now, then after the service period has expired your subscription will not be renewed and your messages that are older than 14 days will be deleted (unless you save them prior to that time).
