Please note: If you set up your original account (Glide or now Lloyd) with hide my email (also known as Apple private relay where the original user's email is masked/and each time the user sends inquiries with this on, there is a new and unique private relay email being generated with each inquiry and not tied to your Glide/Lloyd account).
- This means, we will receive your bug report or inquiry, however we will not be able to send your hidden/masked email a response.
- So please select, "Contact Us" and share a regular email which is not masked.
Please ensure to share helpful account or app details (when the issue started, what were you doing when the issue was noted) and share any screenshots of error messages to aid the team.
