Most likely your account was set up by phone and an email was also possibly added. Please sign out and try signing in by phone so the verification is done by phone.

- The phone number (with country code) tied to your original account- if not sure provide us all possible phone numbers with country code.
- Email(s) if added or used with your Glide (Android) or Lloyd (iPhone/iPad) account
Last: Please check to ensure you are not using the Apple Hide My Email (Private Relay is noted in the email address) if an iOS (iPhone/iPad) user.
