Please check to see if you signed up with only your email and did not add a phone number when you signed up.
If you wish to add a phone number then we will need you to delete your current account and create a new account (using the same or a different email). Unfortunately, a phone number cannot be added later to an already established account.
If you are having issues signing into your account or wish to add your phone number then we will suggest you delete your current account and set up a new account by email and adding your phone number upon initial set up.
To delete and then reinstall the Lloyd AI app:
- Please save any desired photo or video messages to your iPhone before taking this step so you do not lose the content.
- Please remove the app from your device.
- Then install it again. During set up you may use the same email and if you wish- please add your phone number when you set up your profile.
- Your phone number needs to be one that will be able to receive SMS messages.
After you have added the phone number to your account, you will be able to update a phone number to a new number as needed in the future.
