If you subscribed to Lloyd AI in error, you may cancel it any time to avoid the next billing cycle. Lloyd AI subscription offers a 3 day free trial, so please cancel your subscription within the 3 days to avoid the $5.99 monthly charge.
To check for your subscription or cancel it:
- Go to Settings on your iPhone/iPad.
- Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- If you see the Lloyd Video AI subscription (which may be still under the free 3 day trial), tap on it.
- Then select, "Cancel Free Trial" or, "Cancel Subscription" before the next billing cycle.
If you do not see this subscription and have not prior paid for Glide Premium (which would show in your subscription list- you get Lloyd Video AI at no extra cost along with your Premium)- then you are good.
If you cancel right now, then after the subscription period has expired, your subscription will not be renewed and your messages that are older than 14 days will be deleted. Please ensure to save any needed messages to your device's gallery.
If you still prefer to delete the app:
- To delete your account, just navigate to the 'Profile' icon (the "head" icon on the lower right) on the app bar.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page, tap on "Logout," and select "Delete My Account."
Please be sure that you want to delete this account as this action is reversible, and you will not be able to recover this account or its contents.
