We have provided tools so you may delete all your messages and profile information manually in order to delete your account. Also, if you are not currently a Premium member your messages will be deleted and removed from our system on a 14 day rolling basis.
You can manually delete any message you created by long pressing on a message and selecting"Delete Message" (Android). Deleting a video will also remove it from our share website and prevent it from being re-watched again from a Glide account. Please note that a user may have saved messages directly to their device and these cannot be deleted by this function.
Please also remove your profile picture and your name on Glide as well as ask your friends to remove your account from their friends list. Please uninstall Glide to avoid receiving any unwanted notifications or messages.
If you have a Premium subscription you will also need to cancel this separately.
On Android:
1. Open the Google Play Store
2. Tap Menu and then Subscriptions
3. Tap on Glide's subscription to cancel
Please note that if you have already paid for the Premium service, the service will continue to run even if you cancel right now. During the service period you will still have access to all of the Premium services such as longer recording time , ad-free use of Glide, and cloud storage for your messages.
If you cancel right now, then after the service period has expired your subscription will not be renewed and your messages that are older than 14 days will be deleted.
