How do I use Lloyd without using the Audio (and for our Deaf community)?

How to use Lloyd without using Audio:

1. In the app's main home screen, click on the lower left, "Lloyd" camera icon.
2. Then tap on, "Start Lloyd."
3. If you do not need to share an image with Lloyd (say to locate a product by taking a short video of it), then select Audio, and there is a small white keyboard icon to the left lower side > tap on the keyboard to allow you to use your iPhone/iPad keyboard. 
4. You may see at the top is shows as, "Muted" in red. Type in your question then click, "and allow Lloyd to respond. 
5. You may continue to type out questions for Lloyd while in the Audio section.
6. For a video capture search you have two ways to use the keyboard and video:
   1. Video Captured 1st: 
      1. If you want to use video of something you wish Lloyd to search then tap the large Video Icon in the bottom of the app. 
      2. Capture the video of the image in question (or whatever you may be scanning or panning by video) for 3-5 seconds or longer if needed. Lift you finger when you are done capturing the video to submit it to Lloyd. 
      3. Then tap the camera to turn it off.
      4. Then type in your question and tap, "go" in the lower right side of the keyboard. 
   2. Text Typed 1st:
      1. If you want to text your question first, tap on the keyboard icon so you may then use your iPhone/iPad keyboard to text any questions. 
      2. Tap "go" on your keyboard in the lower right bottom section of the keyboard, to submit the question and then capture the video as needed
      3. Then capture the video of the image in question (or whatever you may be scanning or panning by video) for 3-5 seconds or longer if needed. Lift you finger when you are done capturing the video to submit it to Lloyd. 
7. Lloyd will not show you the video you captured, but will give you a response after a few seconds.
8. You may mute the microphone which is the lower Microphone icon on the lower right at the bottom of the app. This will only mute the user's microphone in case of background noise in the environment. 
9. Lloyd will always respond by both audio and text response.
10. To exit out of LLoyd, tap the arrow in the upper left side of the app, "<" to return to the main Lloyd app home screen. 
11. From there you may click on Messaging (to message your friends and family) or on Settings (the icons on the bottom of the screen) to check your Profile page, finds our FAQs (just tap on it!), Contact Us or Submit a Bug Report if an app or account issue.
